About Us

Bringing STEM to life through mobile virtual reality
Founded in 2023, VR Edutainment is a STEM.org-accredited, woman-owned nonprofit on a mission to close the education and career readiness gap in underserved communities.
Through mobile virtual reality, we deliver hands-on STEM and CTE-based learning experiences that make science and technology exciting, accessible, and career-connected — helping youth build confidence and prepare for tomorrow’s opportunities.

Who We Serve
We serve underrepresented youth in grades K–12 and young adults in underserved communities across Southeast Michigan.
From curious kids exploring science for the first time to high school students preparing for STEM careers, our programs are designed to meet learners where they are emotionally, academically, and geographically.
Whether in classrooms, community centers, or summer camps, we bring hands-on STEM and CTE experiences directly to them through mobile virtual reality labs and real-world skill-building activities.
Our goal is simple: to make future-ready learning available to every student no matter their zip code, background, or starting point

Before the VR workshop, I didn’t even know what engineering really was. Now I want to build things when I grow up!
